Our commitment

In Madagascar, Pieds Nus sets up solidarity actions to meet families' essential needs and support local development.

We favour projects that bring immediate help while producing benefits over the long term. A well gives access to water; a fruit tree can feed a family for years; a micro-project can help someone develop an activity and become more independent.

Our goal: to turn solidarity into lasting solutions.

What we do

  1. Finished well no. 30: green basin, hand pump and plaque with the flags of Morocco, Belgium and Madagascar

    Action 1 : Building wells

    We build wells to make drinking water easier to reach. To date, Pieds Nus has contributed to 32 wells in Madagascar.

    We plant fruit trees to help provide food and resources for families.
